Features: In this package we try to have the 3 different types of milk (cow, goat, sheep) and different weaves of cheese. Like other cheese the temperture to eat these cheeses is between 24 and 22ºC. A good wine or beer is a good attendant for the cheese.

The package contains:

-Torta del Casar: Sheep cheese (raw milk). Intense flavor.

-Monteenebro: Goat cheese (raw milk). Intense flavor.

-Manchego: Sheep cheese (Raw milk). Intense flavor.

-Arzúa-Ulloa: Cow cheese (pasteurized milk). Soft flavor.

-Azul de la Peral: Cow cheese. Intense and soft flavor.
